Indication
Treatment of acute pain in adults, including acute gouty arthritis, and short-term treatment of postoperative dental pain.
Ingredients
- Etoricoxib 120 mg
Direction
Take as directed by your physician. Usual dose for acute pain or gout: 120 mg once daily. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time necessary.
Side effects
- Nausea
- Indigestion
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Fluid retention / oedema
- Increased blood pressure
- Gastrointestinal bleeding (rare)
Precautions
- Not for use in patients with cardiovascular disease or peptic ulcer
- Use with caution in elderly patients
- Not recommended during pregnancy
- especially third trimester
- Not recommended for long
- term use without medical supervision
- Keep out of reach of children
