Indication
Symptomatic relief of moderate pain (headache, dental pain, muscular pain, dysmenorrhoea, post-operative pain) not relieved by paracetamol alone, in adults and adolescents over 15 years.
Ingredients
- Paracetamol 400 mg
- Codeine phosphate hemihydrate 20 mg
- Caffeine 62.5 mg
Direction
Oral route. Adults and adolescents over 15 years: 1 to 2 capsules per intake, every 6 hours as needed; do not exceed 6 capsules per 24 hours. Take with a glass of water. Use only on prescription. Read the package leaflet for full dosage information.
Side effects

- Nausea
- vomiting
- constipation
- Insomnia or nervousness (caffeine)
- Hypersensitivity / allergic skin reactions (rare)
- Risk of dependence with prolonged use (codeine)
Precautions
- Only available on prescription
- Respect the prescribed doses
- Do not use in children under 15 years
- Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding except on medical advice
- Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine
- Caution if driving or operating machinery
- Caution in patients with hepatic
- renal or respiratory impairment
- Keep out of the reach of children
- Store below 30 degrees Celsius
