BoskA Paracetamol 500 mg / Caffeine 30 mg

Indication

Effective and fast relief of headache and pain. A mild analgesic and antipyretic formulated to give extra pain relief, recommended for the treatment of most painful and febrile conditions including migraine, backache, toothache, rheumatic pain, dysmenorrhoea, and the relief of symptoms of colds, influenza and sore throat.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Caffeine 30 mg

Direction

Oral use. Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 16 years and over: 1 to 2 tablets up to 4 times daily. The dose should not be repeated more frequently than every 4 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Children 12-15 years: 1 tablet up to 4 times daily; do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours; not repeated more frequently than every 4 hours. Not recommended for children under 12 years.

Side effects

• Hypersensitivity / allergic skin reactions (rare)
• Insomnia
• nervousness or palpitations (caffeine)
• Hepatotoxicity at high doses or with prolonged use
• Gastrointestinal discomfort

Precautions

• Do not exceed the stated dose
• Hypersensitivity to paracetamol
• caffeine or any of the other constituents
• Care advised in patients with renal or hepatic impairment
• Avoid excessive intake of caffeine (coffee
• tea
• canned drinks) while taking this product
• Patients should consult their doctor if headaches or other symptoms become persistent
• Avoid concurrent use of other paracetamol
• containing products
• Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation
• If symptoms persist after 3 days
• consult your physician
• Store at temperature below 30 degrees Celsius. Protect from light.
