Indication

Sterile artificial tears solution for the temporary relief of burning, irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or due to minor irritations of the eye or to exposure to wind or sun. For use as a protectant against further irritation.

Ingredients

• DUASORB (Dextran 70 0.1% and Hypromellose 0.3%) water soluble polymeric system
• POLYQUAD (Polyquaternium
• 1) 0.0011% preservative

Direction

Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. Read enclosed insert.

Precautions

• Sterile
• for topical eye use only
• Do not use if cap band is damaged or missing
• Do not store above 30 degrees Celsius
• Discard 4 weeks after opening
• If you experience eye pain
• changes in vision
• continued redness or irritation persisting more than 72 hours
• discontinue use and consult a doctor
• If solution changes color or becomes cloudy

• Do not touch dropper tip to any surface
