Nauseamine Diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg per oral tablet (20 tablets per box)

Indication

First-generation antihistamine (H1) with antiemetic properties used for the prevention and treatment of motion sickness (mal des transports) and for the symptomatic treatment of nausea and vomiting.

Ingredients

• Diphenhydramine HCl 50 mg

Direction

Oral route. For motion sickness, take half an hour before departure: children 2-5 years 1/2 tablet; 5-13 years 1 tablet; adults and children over 13 years 1-2 tablets, may be repeated. For nausea and vomiting: 1-2 tablets to be repeated, do not exceed 12 tablets per day.

• decreased memory or concentration (more frequent in elderly)
• Mental confusion

Precautions

• Hypersensitivity to antihistamines
• Children under 2 years
• Risk of glaucoma by angle closure
• Risk of urinary retention related to urethroprostatic disorders
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding (consult physician)
• Combination with alcohol
• containing beverages and medicines is strongly discouraged
• Store at ambient temperature below 30 degrees Celsius
