Indication
Calcium and Vitamin D3 supplement for moms. Maintains and supports maternal health, supports healthy pregnancy and helps promote healthy foetal development. Supports bone health, muscle function, and a healthy cardiovascular system. May help prevent osteoporosis when dietary intake is inadequate.
Ingredients
- Calcium Carbonate 625 mg (equivalent to Calcium 250 mg)
- Colecalciferol 10 mcg (Vitamin D3 400 IU)
Direction
Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with water after meal, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.

Precautions
- Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use if blister seal is broken.
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Contains sulfites
- soya bean products and milk products.
- Gelatin contains small amount of phenylalanine.
