Indication

Calcium and Vitamin D3 supplement for moms. Maintains and supports maternal health, supports healthy pregnancy and helps promote healthy foetal development. Supports bone health, muscle function, and a healthy cardiovascular system. May help prevent osteoporosis when dietary intake is inadequate.

Ingredients

• Calcium Carbonate 625 mg (equivalent to Calcium 250 mg)
• Colecalciferol 10 mcg (Vitamin D3 400 IU)

Direction

Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with water after meal, or as advised by your healthcare professional. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
