Indication

Food supplement for bone health. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to normal blood calcium levels. Magnesium, zinc, manganese and vitamin D contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues, and manganese contributes to its normal formation.

Ingredients

• Elemental calcium 800 mg (per 3 capsules)
• Elemental magnesium 300 mg (per 3 capsules)
• Zinc 10 mg
• Copper 1 mg
• Manganese 0.5 mg
• Selenium 50 mcg
• Vitamin D3 10 mcg

Direction

Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day, preferably before the main meals, or as directed by a physician. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
