Indication

Food supplement of elemental iron, vitamins and minerals. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Folate contributes to normal blood formation. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation. Copper contributes to normal iron transport in the body. Iron, zinc, folate and vitamin B12 have a role in the process of cell division.

Ingredients

• Elemental iron 100 mg (carbonyl iron)
• Vitamin C 80 mg
• Zinc 10 mg
• Vitamin B6 1.4 mg
• Copper 1 mg
• Folic acid 500 mcg
• Vitamin B12 2.5 mcg

Direction

Take 1 capsule a day, before breakfast, or as directed by a physician.
