Indication
Mucilin SF is a natural dietary fiber supplement (bulk-forming laxative) made from ispaghula (psyllium) husk. It maintains regularity of bowel movements, increases stool bulk, makes stool excretion easier, and helps relieve constipation. Sugar-free formulation.
Ingredients
- Ispaghula husk
Direction
1) Mix one sachet of Mucilin with 150 ml of cool water, milk, fruit juice or other liquid. 2) Stir briskly and drink immediately. 3) Follow with an additional glass of water or other drinking liquid. Adults, elderly: take one sachet, 1-3 times a day. Children 6-12 years: take half the adult dose.

Precautions
- Do not ingest Mucilin SF powder without sufficient liquid
- Do not mix Mucilin SF powder in hot water
- Drink Mucilin SF mixture immediately
- avoid consuming when it turns into jelly
- Do not take Mucilin SF at bedtime
- Do not take Mucilin SF while having abdominal pain
- nausea or vomiting
- Contains aspartame
- patients with phenylketonuria should not take this product
