Indication

Berocca is a high-dose multivitamin and mineral effervescent tablet supplement for everyday energy release and mental performance. It supports the body's reserves of B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc that help cope with hectic lifestyles, heavy workload, and tight schedules. Helps maintain physical and mental performance throughout the day.

Direction

Adults and adolescents over 12: 1 effervescent tablet daily. For oral use only. Effervescent tablets have to be dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml). Berocca is best taken in the morning and can be used daily.

• Yellow discoloration of urine (harmless

• Mild gastrointestinal discomfort
• Allergic reactions (rare)

• Sweetened with aspartame
