Berocca is a high-dose multivitamin and mineral effervescent tablet supplement for everyday energy release and mental performance. It supports the body's reserves of B-complex vitamins, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and zinc that help cope with hectic lifestyles, heavy workload, and tight schedules. Helps maintain physical and mental performance throughout the day.

Direction
Adults and adolescents over 12: 1 effervescent tablet daily. For oral use only. Effervescent tablets have to be dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml). Berocca is best taken in the morning and can be used daily.
Side effects
- Yellow discoloration of urine (harmless
- due to riboflavin)
- Mild gastrointestinal discomfort
- Allergic reactions (rare)
Precautions
- Sweetened with aspartame
- suitable for diabetics but contains a source of phenylalanine
- Sugar and caffeine free
- Keep tube tightly closed and protect from heat and moisture
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store below 30°C
