EfferalganMed 500mg

Indication

EfferalganMed is a paracetamol-based effervescent tablet (scored / sécable) used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever such as headaches, flu-like states, dental pain, body aches, painful menstrual periods, and painful flare-ups of osteoarthritis. Indicated for adults and children weighing at least 13 kg (approximately 2 years old).

Direction

Voie orale (oral route). Dissolve completely one effervescent scored tablet in a glass of water (may break in two if needed). Do not swallow or chew the tablets. Children 13-26 kg (approx. 2-7 years): 1/2 tablet per dose. Children 27-49 kg (approx. 8-15 years): 1 tablet per dose. Adults and children from 50 kg (approx. 15 years): 1-2 tablets per dose. Space doses at least 4 hours apart. Do not exceed 6 tablets per day without medical advice.

Precautions

• ATTENTION
• SURDOSAGE = DANGER. Exceeding the dose can destroy the liver
• Reserved for adults and children from 13 kg (approx. 2 years)
• Do not take with other medicines containing paracetamol
• Read the leaflet carefully before use
• Excipients with known effect: sodium benzoate (E211)
