Indication
Woods' Peppermint Antitussive is a cough syrup with antihistamine indicated for non-productive (dry) cough due to allergy. Provides relief from dry, irritating coughs associated with the common cold and allergic reactions.
Ingredients
- Dextromethorphan HBr
- Diphenhydramine HCl
Direction
Shake well before use. Adults and children >12 years: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL) 3 times a day. Children 6-12 years: 1 teaspoonful (5 mL) 3 times a day.

- Constipation
Precautions
- Store below 30Β°C
- protect from direct sunlight
- keep container tightly closed
- keep out of reach of children
- Shake well before use
- Contraindicated in pregnancy
- lactation
- hypersensitive patients
- glaucoma
- bronchial asthma
- and respiratory failure patients
- Special precautions for patients taking alcohol or tranquilizer
- Do not drive or operate machine while using the medicine
- Not recommended for productive cough
- If cough persists after three days
- visit physician for advice
- Not recommended for children under 6 years old except by physician's advice
- Caution in patients with hepatic disorders
