Woods' Peppermint Expectorant 4mg / 100mg per 5 mL (Ethanol 6% v/v)

Indication

Woods' Peppermint Expectorant plus Mucolytic is indicated for productive cough. For cough due to bronchitis or emphysema. Helps thin and loosen mucus secretions to facilitate expectoration.

Ingredients

• Bromhexine HCl
• Guaiphenesin

Direction

Shake well before use. Adult and children >12 years: 2 teaspoonfuls (10 mL) 3 times a day. Children 6-12 years: 1 teaspoonful (5 mL) 3 times a day.

Side effects

• GI disturbance (occasional)
• Allergic skin rashes (rare)
• Vomit (rare)
