Carbotoux Child 2%

Indication

Loose cough mucolytic. Treatment of loose cough, increased and viscid bronchial mucus secretions and congestion of bronchial secretions during acute bronchitis and bronchopulmonary disease.

Ingredients

• Carbocisteine 100 mg per 5 ml (2%)

Direction

Children under 2 years old: 2.5 ml, 1 to 2 times per day. Children 2-5 years: 5 ml twice per day. Children over 5 years: 5 ml three times per day. Treatment should not be pursued if cough persists or worsens.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal upset (nausea)
• Allergic skin reactions

Precautions

• Stop if cough persists or worsens
• Keep out of reach of children
• Store below 30°C
