Augmentin 875 mg / 125 mg (1 g)

Indication

Beta-lactam antibiotic with beta-lactamase inhibitor. Indicated for treatment of bacterial infections including respiratory tract, ENT, skin and soft-tissue, urinary tract, dental, and other infections caused by amoxicillin-clavulanate susceptible organisms.

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin (as trihydrate) 875 mg
• Clavulanic acid (as potassium clavulanate) 125 mg

Direction

To be used as directed by your physician. Twice daily dosing. Read the package leaflet before use. Use tablets within 14 days of opening.

Precautions

• Contraindicated in penicillin/cephalosporin hypersensitivity
• Caution in hepatic impairment
• Contains desiccant sachets — do not remove or eat
• Store in a dry place in the original packaging to protect from moisture
• Do not store above 30°C
• Keep out of sight and reach of children
