Indication
Fluoroquinolone antibiotic indicated for susceptible bacterial infections including respiratory tract, urinary tract, gastrointestinal, and skin/bone infections.
Ingredients
- Ciprofloxacin (as hydrochloride) 500 mg
Direction
As directed by the physician. Read the leaflet before use.
Side effects
- Nausea
- diarrhoea
- Headache
- dizziness
- Tendinitis or tendon rupture (rare but serious)
- Photosensitivity
Precautions
- Prescription only medicine
- Avoid in pregnancy/breastfeeding and growing children
- Caution with antacids
- NSAIDs
- Store in a dry place below 30°C
- Keep out from the reach of children
