Direction
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water (approx. 200ml) once daily. Drink immediately after the tablet has completely dissolved.
Side effects
- Bright yellow urine (harmless Vitamin B2)
- Mild gastrointestinal discomfort
- Diarrhea
- Nausea
Precautions
- Contains aspartame (avoid if phenylketonuric)
- High sodium content
- use caution if on restricted diet
- Not recommended for patients with kidney disease
- Do not exceed recommended daily dose
- Contains riboflavin which may turn urine yellow
