Direction

Adults: 1-2 capsules taken at bedtime, with a glass of water. Effects usually within 6-12 hours.

Side effects

• Abdominal cramps
• Diarrhea
• Electrolyte imbalance with prolonged use

Precautions

• Do not use for more than one week without consulting a doctor
