Attach the tip to a Klean&Kare sterile normal saline (0.9% sodium chloride) bottle, lean over a sink, insert the tip gently into one nostril and squeeze to irrigate, allowing the solution to flow out; repeat on the other side. Use only sterile saline; clean the tip after each use.
