Indication
- Quantitative measurement of glucose in capillary whole blood - Self-monitoring of blood glucose in people with diabetes - For use with the On Call Plus blood glucose meter

Direction
Insert a strip into the On Call Plus meter, apply a small drop of capillary blood (about 1 µL) from a fingerstick, palm or forearm to the strip, and read the result after about 10 seconds. Use each strip once and follow the package insert.
Side effects
- No direct side effects from the strip itself
- Pain or bruising at the blood sampling site
- Inaccurate readings if strips are expired
- mishandled or used with the wrong code may affect treatment decisions
Precautions
- For in vitro diagnostic use only
- not for injection or ingestion
- Use only with the matching On Call Plus meter and correct code
- Close the vial immediately after removing a strip and do not use expired strips
