Indication
- Irrigating and rinsing the nasal passages - Flushing out mucus, allergens and irritants - Aiding relief of nasal congestion and sinus symptoms

Direction
Fill the syringe with prepared saline rinse solution (per its instructions), lean over a sink, gently insert the tip into one nostril and squeeze to flush; repeat on the other side. Rinse and dry the syringe after each use.
Side effects
- Mild nasal stinging
- burning or irritation
- Temporary discomfort or ear pressure during rinsing
Precautions
- Use only with clean
- distilled
- sterile or previously boiled and cooled water to prepare the rinse
- Clean the device after every use to prevent contamination
- Do not share the syringe between users
