Indication
- Mechanically opening the nasal passages to ease congestion - Reducing snoring caused by nasal airflow restriction - Improving nasal breathing during sleep or exercise

Direction
Clean and dry the nose, peel the strip and place it across the lower bridge of the nose so the spring bands lift the nostrils open. Apply to one nostril side then the other; remove gently after use. Single use only.

- Skin irritation or redness under the strip
- Minor skin discomfort or injury on removal in sensitive individuals
Precautions
- Single use only
- do not reuse
- Do not apply over irritated
- sunburned or broken skin
