Indication
- Nasal congestion - Common cold symptoms - Sinusitis relief - Allergic rhinitis (hay fever)
Ingredients
- Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride
Direction
Instill 2-3 sprays or drops into each nostril twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. Do not use for more than 3 to 5 consecutive days.
Side effects
- Nasal stinging or burning
- Sneezing
- Increased nasal discharge
- Rebound nasal congestion
- Dryness of nasal mucosa
Precautions
- Do not exceed recommended dosage
- Risk of rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa)
- Caution in patients with hypertension
- Caution in hyperthyroidism or diabetes
- Avoid use with MAO inhibitors
