Indication
- Burns - Infected wounds - Chronic and slow-healing wounds - Ulcers and skin lesions
Ingredients
- Placenta extract 10% + Neomycin sulfate 0.5% (topical gel)
Direction
Apply to the affected area 2-3 times daily or as directed; may be applied on gauze for covered wounds. For external use only.
Side effects
- Local skin irritation
- Allergic contact dermatitis
- Sensitization to neomycin
Precautions
- For external use only
- Avoid use on large open areas due to neomycin absorption
- Discontinue if irritation or sensitization occurs
- Caution in patients allergic to aminoglycosides
