Indication

- Relief of abdominal cramps and colicky pain - Irritable bowel syndrome - Bloating, flatulence and excess intestinal gas - Infant and adult functional gastrointestinal spasm

Ingredients

• Dicyclomine HCl 10 mg + Simethicone 40 mg per 5 mL

Direction

Take by mouth as directed, usually before meals; dose adjusted by age and prescriber. Shake the suspension well before use.

Side effects

• Dry mouth and thirst
• Blurred vision
• Dizziness or drowsiness
• Constipation
• Rapid heartbeat

Precautions

• Avoid in glaucoma
• severe ulcerative colitis and bowel obstruction
• Use caution in heart disease
• prostate enlargement and reflux
• Anticholinergic effects may impair driving
• avoid in very young infants unless prescribed
• Avoid alcohol and other sedatives
