Indication
- Symptomatic relief of cough - Sore throat (pharyngodynia) - Cold and coryza (runny/blocked nose) - Aiding loosening of mucus in the respiratory tract

Direction
Adults usually take 2 capsules three times daily; children over 30 months 1 capsule three times daily, or as directed. Swallow with water.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Mild stomach upset
- Possible allergic reaction in sensitive individuals
- Heartburn or belching with menthol taste
Precautions
- Not recommended for children under 30 months
- Avoid in known hypersensitivity to the essential oils
- Use with caution in pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Discontinue if symptoms persist or worsen
