Indication

- Nasal hygiene and cleansing of the nostrils - Relief of nasal congestion in infants, children and adults - Eye and wound rinsing where appropriate - Moisturising of nasal mucosa

Ingredients

• Sodium chloride 0.9% (isotonic saline)

Direction

Instill the contents of a single-dose vial into each nostril as needed; tilt the head and gently clean. Use a fresh vial for each application and discard after opening.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated
• Mild transient nasal irritation or tingling in rare cases

Precautions

• For nasal/external use
• do not reuse an opened single
• dose vial
• Do not use if the vial is damaged
• Use a fresh vial for each person to avoid cross
• contamination
