Indication
- Relief of hyperacidity, heartburn and acid indigestion - Symptoms of gastritis and peptic ulcer - Bloating and flatulence associated with excess gas - Epigastric discomfort and fullness
Ingredients
- Aluminium hydroxide 300 mg + Magnesium hydroxide 300 mg + Simethicone 80 mg per 7 mL
Direction
Adults: 7 mL (one dose) one to three times daily, taken between meals and at bedtime or as directed. Shake well before use.
Side effects
- Diarrhea or constipation
- Nausea
- Abdominal discomfort
- With prolonged or high
- dose use
- altered magnesium or phosphate levels
Precautions
- Use with caution in renal impairment due to magnesium and aluminium content
- May reduce absorption of other medicines
- separate dosing by about 2 hours
- Prolonged use without medical advice is not recommended
- Caution in patients on low
- magnesium diets
