Indication
- Nutritional support during preconception - Nutritional support during pregnancy - Prevention of neural tube defects - Maintenance of maternal health - Support for normal blood formation
Ingredients
- Folic Acid (Vitamin B9)
- Vitamin D3
- Vitamin B12
- Iron
- and Multivitamins/Minerals
Direction
Take one tablet daily with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink; do not chew.
Side effects
- Mild nausea
- Constipation
- Stomach upset
- Darkened stools from iron content
Precautions
- Do not exceed recommended intake
- Take only on a full stomach
