Indication
- Bacterial respiratory infections - Urinary tract infections - Acne vulgaris - Malaria prophylaxis - Sexually transmitted infections - Rickettsial infections
Ingredients
- Doxycycline
Direction
Take orally with a full glass of water while sitting or standing upright. Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after administration.
Side effects
- Nausea and vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Photosensitivity (sunburn)
- Vaginal yeast infection
- Skin rash
Precautions
- Avoid use during pregnancy
- Not for children under 8
- Increases skin sensitivity to sunlight
- Do not take with antacids
- Risk of esophageal irritation
