Indication

For the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD).

Ingredients

• Rabeprazole Sodium USP 20 mg
• Levosulpiride 75 mg

Direction

One capsule per day on an empty stomach or as directed by physician. Swallow your capsules whole with a drink of water. Do not chew or crush the capsules.
