Indication

- Infectious rhinitis - Sinusitis - External otitis - Bacterial ear infections - Nasopharyngitis

Ingredients

• Neomycin sulfate
• Polymyxin B sulfate
• Dexamethasone metasulfobenzoate
• and Phenylephrine hydrochloride

Direction

Nasal spray: 1 spray in each nostril 3 to 5 times daily. Ear drops: 1-5 drops in the ear twice daily.

Side effects

• Local allergic reactions
• Skin irritation
• Stinging or burning sensation
• Dryness of the nasal mucosa

Precautions

• Do not use if eardrum is perforated
• Avoid use in viral or fungal infections
• Risk of systemic absorption with prolonged use
• Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Avoid contact with eyes
