Indication
- Infectious rhinitis - Sinusitis - External otitis - Bacterial ear infections - Nasopharyngitis
Ingredients
- Neomycin sulfate
- Polymyxin B sulfate
- Dexamethasone metasulfobenzoate
- and Phenylephrine hydrochloride
Direction
Nasal spray: 1 spray in each nostril 3 to 5 times daily. Ear drops: 1-5 drops in the ear twice daily.
Side effects
- Local allergic reactions
- Skin irritation
- Stinging or burning sensation
- Dryness of the nasal mucosa
Precautions
- Do not use if eardrum is perforated
- Avoid use in viral or fungal infections
- Risk of systemic absorption with prolonged use
- Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Avoid contact with eyes
