Indication

Azithromycin is a macrolide antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections including community-acquired pneumonia, acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, pharyngitis/tonsillitis, skin and soft tissue infections, urethritis, cervicitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease.

Ingredients

• Azithromycin 500 mg

Direction

Take as directed by the physician. Typically 500 mg once daily for 3–5 days.

• Prescription only medicine.
