Sinex Forte 5 mg / 500 mg / 10 mg / 5 mg

Indication

For relief of symptoms associated with cough, cold, flu and fever including nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, headache, body ache, and fever.

Ingredients

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg
• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg
• Cetirizine Hydrochloride 5 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1–2 tablets 3–4 times daily as directed by physician. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Take with food or water.

Side effects

• Drowsiness or sedation
• Dry mouth
• Nausea or stomach upset
• Headache
• Dizziness

Precautions

• Do not take with other paracetamol
• containing products
• Avoid driving or operating machinery — may cause drowsiness
• Do not use in children under 12 years without medical advice
• Keep out of reach of children
• Store below 30°C and protect from sunlight
• Consult a physician if symptoms persist beyond 5 days
