Indication
For symptomatic relief of common cold, fever, influenza, headache, rhinitis and nasal congestion.
Ingredients
- Paracetamol BP 500 mg
- Phenylephrine Hydrochloride BP 10 mg
- Chlorphenamine Maleate BP 2 mg
- Caffeine anhydrous BP 30 mg
Direction
Adults: 1 tablet 3–4 times daily. Children 6–12 years: ½ tablet 3–4 times daily. Children 2–6 years: ¼ tablet 3–4 times daily.
Side effects
- Drowsiness
- Dry mouth
- Nausea
- Headache
- Nervousness or restlessness (due to caffeine)
Precautions
- Avoid driving or operating machinery — may cause drowsiness
- Do not use with other paracetamol
- containing products
- Keep out of reach of children
- Store below 30°C
- Consult a physician if symptoms persist
