Proméphac 25 mg

Indication

Symptomatic treatment of various allergic manifestations including rhinitis, conjunctivitis, and urticaria. Also indicated for occasional or transient insomnia.

Ingredients

• Prométhazine HCl 25 mg

Direction

For allergic manifestations: 1–2 tablets per dose, every 4 hours, maximum 6 tablets per day. For insomnia: 1–2 tablets at bedtime, 15–30 minutes before sleep. For adults and children over 15 years only.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• Dry mouth
• Blurred vision
• Dizziness
• Paradoxical excitation in children

Precautions

• Avoid driving or operating machinery — causes significant drowsiness
• Not recommended for children under 15 years without medical guidance
• Keep away from heat
• light and humidity
• Keep out of reach of children
• Store below 30°C
