Systane Ultra 10 mL

Indication

For temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye. May also be used for rewetting of all silicone hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses for minor irritation, discomfort and blurring.

Ingredients

• Polyethylene glycol 400
• Propylene glycol
• Hydroxypropyl guar
• Sorbitol
• Aminomethylpropanol
• Boric acid
• Potassium chloride
• Sodium chloride
• POLYQUAD (polidronium chloride) 0.001% preservative

Direction

Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. Shake well before use. Discard any remaining solution six months after first opening.

Side effects

• Temporary mild stinging or burning upon instillation

Precautions

• Do not use if security seal is damaged or missing.
• Do not touch dropper tip to any surface to avoid contamination.
• If you experience eye pain
• changes in vision
• continued redness or irritation
• or if condition persists for more than 72 hours
• discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• Keep out of reach of children.
