Indication
Relief of common cold symptoms including fever, chills, sore throat, cough, sputum, sneezing, rhinorrhea, headache, arthralgia and myalgia in children.
Ingredients
- Acetaminophen 50 mg / 5 mL
- Chlorpheniramine maleate 0.415 mg / 5 mL
- Tipepidine citrate 3.33 mg / 5 mL

- Methylephedrine HCl 4.165 mg / 5 mL
- Caffeine hydrate 4.165 mg / 5 mL
Direction
Administer 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime. Dose by age: 3-5 months: 2.5 mL; 6 months-1 year: 3 mL; 1-2 years: 3.5 mL; 3-6 years: 5 mL; 7-10 years: 7.5 mL; 11-14 years: 10 mL.

- Drowsiness
- Mild gastrointestinal upset
- Dry mouth
Precautions
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Protect from light and store in a tight container at room temperature (below 30°C).
- Consult a physician before use in children under 3 months.
