Laroscorbine 1 g / 5 ml

Indication

Prevention and treatment of vitamin C deficiency during conditions with increased requirement or increased risk of deficiencies.

Ingredients

• Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 1 g

Direction

One ampoule per day by intravenous injection. Adult and children above 12: 500–1000 mg daily. Follow physician prescription.

Side effects

• Local injection site reactions
• Nausea (if given too rapidly)
• Allergic reactions (rare)

Precautions

• Contraindicated with hypersensitivity to any active substance
• Contraindicated in nephrolithiasis
• severe renal insufficiency
• hemochromatosis
• Store below 25°C
• Keep out of reach of children
