Indication
Treatment of allergic states, dermatologic diseases, collagen diseases, synovitis and arthritis. Administered by deep intramuscular injection into the gluteal muscle.
Ingredients
- Triamcinolone Acetonide 80 mg
Direction
Deep intramuscular injection into gluteal muscle: 20–80 mg per dose as prescribed by a physician. Use strictly under physician supervision.
Side effects
- Immunosuppression
- Increased blood glucose
- Osteoporosis with prolonged use
- Adrenal suppression
- Local injection site reactions
Precautions
- Prescription drug — strictly for use by physicians
- Contraindicated in peptic ulcer
- unmanaged infections
- osteoarthritis of the hip
- Contraindicated in hypersensitivity to Triamcinolone Acetonide
- Store below 30°C
- protect from light
- Keep out of reach of children
