Indication
- Seasonal allergic rhinitis - Hay fever symptoms - Itchy, watery eyes - Sneezing and runny nose - Chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives)
Ingredients
- Fexofenadine Hydrochloride
Direction
Take orally with water. Do not take with fruit juices (apple, orange, or grapefruit) as they decrease absorption. Usually taken once daily.
Side effects
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Drowsiness (rare)
- Nausea
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Adjustment required for kidney disease
- Avoid magnesium/aluminum
- containing antacids
- Avoid fruit juice within 2 hours of dosing
- Consult doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding
