Indication

Treatment of bacterial infections including community-acquired pneumonia, acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, acute sinusitis, urinary tract infections, pyelonephritis, and skin infections caused by susceptible organisms.

Ingredients

• Levofloxacin 500 mg

Direction

Take as directed by your physician. Usually once daily. Store below 30°C and protect from sunlight.

• Tendon inflammation or rupture (rare)

Precautions

• Not recommended for children and adolescents
• Avoid prolonged sun exposure
• Use with caution in patients with seizure disorder
