Indication

Ingredients

Direction
Adults take one tablet (or two gummies, per label) daily, preferably with food and water.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Occasional mild stomach upset or nausea
- Constipation if formulation contains iron
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
- Not a substitute for a varied diet
