Indication

- Pregnancy and breastfeeding supplement - Supports healthy brain and nervous system development of the baby - Supports placenta health - Provides DHA and choline during pre-conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding

Ingredients

• DHA 200 mg (from algal oil) + Choline 110 mg (as choline bitartrate) per capsule

Direction

Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Can be taken alongside an Elevit pre-conception and pregnancy multivitamin.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated
• Mild digestive upset or fishy aftertaste may occur
• Allergic reaction possible in those sensitive to soya or sulfites
