Direction
Adults, take one tablet daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

- Constipation

- Iron may turn stools black (harmless)
- Usually mild and temporary
Precautions
- Contains iron
- accidental overdose of iron
- containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6
