Indication
- Supports bone strength and bone density - Increases dietary calcium absorption - Supports healthy immune function and muscle function - Helps maintain healthy bones in those with inadequate dietary calcium and vitamin D
Ingredients
- Calcium 600 mg + Colecalciferol (Vit D3) 25 mcg + Menaquinone
- 7 (Vit K2) 180 mcg per tablet
Direction
Adults take one tablet daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Constipation
- Bloating or stomach upset
- Nausea
Precautions
- Vitamin K2 may interact with blood
- thinning (anticoagulant) medication
- consult a doctor
- Consult a doctor if pregnant
- breastfeeding or taking other medication
- Do not take if you have hypercalcaemia or high vitamin D levels
- Keep out of reach of children
