Indication
- Supports bone health - Provides cardiovascular support - Helps maintain normal calcium balance - Dietary supplement for vitamin D and K2
Ingredients
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1000 IU) + Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) 45 mcg per capsule
Direction
Take one capsule daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Rarely
- nausea or stomach upset
- Symptoms of vitamin D excess only with overdose (e.g. thirst
- weakness)
Precautions
- Vitamin K2 may interact with anticoagulant (blood
- thinning) medication
- consult a doctor
- Consult a doctor if pregnant
- breastfeeding or taking other medication
- Avoid excessive vitamin D intake
- Keep out of reach of children
