Indication
- Supports calcium absorption and bone health - Helps maintain healthy bones and teeth - Supports muscle function - Helps prevent dietary calcium and vitamin D deficiency
Ingredients
- Calcium (as carbonate) 600 mg + Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 500 IU per tablet
Direction
Adults: take one tablet daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Constipation or bloating
- Mild stomach upset or nausea
- Excess calcium can rarely cause high blood calcium levels
Precautions
- Vitamin D supplements should not be taken with other vitamin D products without medical advice
- Consult a doctor if you have high blood calcium or kidney stones
- Take separately from medicines that may interact (e.g. certain antibiotics
- thyroid medicine)
- Not a substitute for a balanced diet
