Indication
- Relieves heartburn - Relieves acid indigestion - Relieves sour stomach - Relieves upset stomach associated with these symptoms
Ingredients
- Calcium carbonate 750 mg
Direction
Adults and children 12 years and over: chew 2 to 4 tablets as symptoms occur; do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Constipation
- Belching or flatulence
- Excessive use may cause high blood calcium
Precautions
- Do not take more than 6 tablets in 24 hours
- Do not use the maximum dose for more than 2 weeks unless directed by a doctor
- Ask a doctor or pharmacist if you are taking a prescription drug
- as antacids may interact
- Keep out of reach of children
