Indication

- Temporary relief of minor aches and pains - Relief of headache, muscular aches, backache, toothache - Reduction of fever - Relief of minor arthritis pain

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen 500 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: take 2 tablets every 6 hours as needed; do not exceed 6 tablets (3000 mg) in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated at recommended doses
• Nausea or stomach upset
• Skin rash or allergic reaction (rare but may be serious)
• Liver injury (with overdose)

Precautions

• Severe liver damage may occur with overdose or with more than 3000 mg per day
• Do not use with other products containing acetaminophen
• Avoid or limit alcohol use
• Consult a doctor if pain persists more than 10 days or fever more than 3 days
